CALPIN ARCHITECTURE,

like a sketchbook, free and unconstrained, where ideas take flight and take form, it embodies an architecture rooted in three essential pillars.

Three essential pillars

Structure

Architecture is, above all, shelter. By placing structure at the heart of intellectual exploration, a dialogue with space is activated. This search responds to a universal and timeless need: to create a lasting refuge, a promise of safety.

Emotion

Behind each structure lies a hidden meaning that resonates with our senses. Artistic research interweaves with the boldest technical challenges to generate emotion. Guided by the thread of your vision, each line, each curve, each space becomes a poem, and the project an experience.

Dialogue

An architecture that integrates the history and soul of the place without being trapped by them. The past is reinvented to create a synergy that responds to contemporary challenges. Thus, a dialogue is established between eras, in service of soulful projects, free and agile, in perfect harmony with their surroundings.

Architecture

A modest echo of the values of humility, precision and wisdom inspired by the alpine world. The mountain, as muse, teaches us that by understanding our limits, we access the essential. Each step, each respectful glance, reveals hidden richness, the majesty of this demanding environment where balance leads to wonder.

At CALPIN Architecture, we embrace your needs and challenges as a team.

We are deeply convinced that vertical hierarchy in architecture does not serve the project. Our vision combines technical expertise in construction management with our creative studio to artistically design your living spaces and soulful projects.

Alfonso is the vision of Calpin architecture. With him, nothing is left to chance. His field experience, structural creativity and strategic mindset allow him to approach projects with pragmatism and realism.

His architectural influences lead him to elevate structure, seeking a symbiosis between technical challenge and beauty. He aims to provoke strong emotions and enrich the experience of the living through his architectural proposals.

After more than ten years of experience, especially in refined alpine architecture, Alfonso founded Calpin Architecture in 2022 and expanded the team in 2024 to bring together his vision merging architecture and art.

Damien VIAL

Art direction and spatial design

Damien Vial
Less is more

Damien brings the artistic vision to your project. Raised in an environment where art meant experimentation, his influences today are organic, living, infused with pragmatism and efficiency. “Less is more”, a poetic concept made famous by Mies van der Rohe, could well be his motto.

Demanding and curious about others and the living world, everything becomes material for creation in his hands. A free creation, born from the gut and heart, then shaped with reflection and concept, where each element is essential, elegant and functional.

After over twenty years as an art director in Paris for brands such as Guerlain, Caroll and Dalloz, Damien now merges his experience in branding and spatial design to create interiors that resonate deeply with your needs.
